Thank you for shopping at Light Saber Mug! We are committed to delivering your Galaxy Glow Color Changing Mug to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Light Saber Mug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Light Saber Mug is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses exclusively via USPS. Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping method if your delivery address is a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@lightsabermug.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or international sanctions, or where shipping services are unavailable or unreliable. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
